Overview

What it is

The first 90 days shape how your puppy sees the world. They are also busy, tiring and full of small decisions. This system gives you a week-by-week plan and a place to record what is working. It is not a list of tips: it is a workbook that calculates, with a guide, printables and a worked example.

How it works

Six steps, always in the same order and the same colour across the workbook, the guide and the printables: settle, routine, cues, socialise, health and review.

  1. Fill in once the birth date, the arrival date and your vet.
  2. The 13-Week Plan marks the current week and shows what to practise and what milestone to aim for.
  3. Log each short training session (minutes, tries, successes). The workbook works out the success rate and tells you which cues are reliable.
  4. Tick 44 socialisation experiences with your puppy's reaction; the Dashboard flags any scared reactions.
  5. The Health Calendar counts due dates from the birth date, so you can record the ones your vet sets.
  6. The Daily Log records toilet successes outside and accidents inside, sleep and weight, and the Dashboard shows how they change week by week.

What makes it different

  • Twelve basic cues explained step by step, with the status of each (not started, learning, reliable at home, reliable outside).
  • Measurable house-training: see accidents fall and successes rise.
  • A worked example of five weeks with a fictional puppy.
  • Calculations are visible formulas, no macros: they behave the same in Excel, LibreOffice and Google Sheets.
  • Protected sheets so formulas cannot be deleted by accident.

What it is not

A diary and a plan. It is not veterinary advice: your vet decides vaccines, treatments and when your puppy can go out. The ages in the health calendar are only an example to adjust to your vet's schedule. For fear, aggression, separation distress or any health worry, ask your vet or a qualified, reward-based trainer. It makes no promise about behaviour.

What it helps you do

  • Know what to practise each week, without improvising
  • See which cues are already reliable and which need more practice
  • Measure house-training: accidents, successes and weight
  • A socialisation list so nothing important is forgotten
  • All the health dates and the costs in one place

Frequently asked questions

What exactly do I receive?

One ZIP with the workbook, the Master Guide, the “Start here” document, 6 printables in A4 and Letter, a worked example and the documentation. You download it from “My products” instantly.

Does it replace my vet or a trainer?

No. It is a diary and a plan, not veterinary advice. Your vet decides vaccines, treatments and when your puppy can go out, and a qualified trainer can help with specific problems.

Does it work for any breed?

Yes: the plan and the basic cues suit any breed or mix. Puppies develop at different speeds: repeat a week if you need to.

Which vaccination schedule does it include?

An example schedule with indicative ages that you must adjust to your vet's plan and your country's rules. The sheet counts dates from the birth date and lets you record the real ones.

Can I start if my puppy has already been home a few weeks?

Yes. Enter the real arrival date and the plan marks the right week; the other sheets work the same.

Does it work in Google Sheets and LibreOffice?

It is built only with functions common to all three programs and has no macros. The calculations were checked with an independent formula engine; it has not been tested on a desktop Excel installation or printed on paper.

What is the difference between the Spanish edition, the English edition and the pack?

Each edition is written independently in its own language, with its own sheet and file names. The pack includes both for less than buying them separately.
