Terms of Service

Before launch: the seller identity and governing law are incomplete. Fill them in under Admin → Settings → Seller identity, and have this document reviewed by a legal professional for your actual jurisdiction.

1. Overview

These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products provided bythe seller identified below ("we", "us", "our"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. Digital products and delivery

All products are delivered digitally. After payment is confirmed via Stripe, download access is provided immediately, with a confirmation sent to the email address used at checkout. Nothing is physically shipped.

3. License

Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased files for personal and internal commercial projects.

You may not:

  • Resell, sub-license, redistribute, or share the raw files or template packages.
  • Publish the files to public repositories, free downloads, or marketplaces.
  • Present the underlying materials as your own original work.

4. Payments and pricing

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice; the price confirmed by Stripe at the moment of payment is the price you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store cardholder data.

5. Refunds

  • Because products are digital and delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided. Where consumer law grants a withdrawal right for digital content, purchasing with immediate delivery may constitute express consent to waive that right — this depends on your jurisdiction.
  • If files are defective or you cannot access your purchase, contact us atcontacto.webproyectos@gmail.com and we will fix the issue or provide a replacement.

6. Access and availability

We aim to keep purchased products available and to provide reasonable access to updates, but we do not guarantee indefinite availability of any specific file, format, or hosting arrangement.

7. Intellectual property

All products, their content, and this website remain the intellectual property of the entity identified in Section 1, except where third-party material is used under license.

8. Limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

9. Governing law
