AutoVid

What it is

AutoVid is a Windows desktop application, not a cloud service. The heavy work — narration, editing, subtitles — happens on your computer: your projects are not uploaded to any server of ours, and the app carries no telemetry.

How it works

1. You write the idea. A topic, a title, who it is for.
2. The planner turns it into a plan: title, hook, narrative structure, scenes with their

narration and an image budget per scene, with the estimated cost before spending anything. You can redo just the script, just the visuals or just the prompts.

1. You approve it. Nothing is generated until you do.
2. It produces the video. Narration per scene using the real audio length, Ken Burns

editing, burned-in subtitles and a final validation. If it stops, it resumes where it left off instead of starting over.

1. You publish. Upload the video to your channel from the app — or upload it yourself: the

file is yours, sitting in its folder next to the thumbnail and the metadata.

The service keys are yours

The app ships with no API key at all. You add them in Settings and they are stored in your own Windows Credential Manager, never in text files or logs. Each service is paid to its provider and you can switch whenever you like:

• Pollinations — the scene images.
• ElevenLabs — ultra-realistic narration (without it, the app uses its local engine).
• Gemini, Groq or xAI — the creative planner.
• Google / YouTube — connect your channel to upload from the app.

What it does NOT do

It publishes nothing unless you ask, it installs no drivers, it does not touch your firewall or antivirus, and it promises no views: the videos are still your call.
